Unlike many other companies who are active in the Brazilian property market, we are purely agents. Therefore we offer impartial advice and are not tied to individual developers or particular developments.
Unfortunately the property market is Brazil is riddled with speculation, a lack of transparency and over-inflation of property prices. We use our comparative, analytical and historical knowledge of prices to ensure that our clients get access to the best valued properties.
Paperwork and Bureaucracy
We have considerable expertise in dealing with bureaucracy and paperwork relating to the buying or selling of properties, including deals where foreigners are involved. We offer this on a complimentary basis to all of our clients to help achieve the successful closure of deals.
Valuations
Due to our vast portfolio of properties throughout Bahia, we have a very good idea of prices and what things sell for. We conduct all valuations on an analytical basis, looking at the price per m2 of land and construction as well as what things have sold for historically rather than what they are listed at.
