Investment Advice
As we are purely agents, we offer impartial advice and are not tied to individual developers or particular developments. We offer advice on all aspects of property transactions, including documentation and bureaucracy. Being a local company, we specialize in sales to the local market, therefore we are able to pass on this knowledge and expertise to our international clients. We specialize in both off-plan and second hand property sales so we are able to offer an informed overview of the market.

We firmly believe that we have the most comprehensive property listings for the Bahia region as a whole.
At present, we have around 1000 properties listed for sale across our sites, however we have many other properties for sale which we do not list online.

Headquarters in Salvador
The IBBI headquarters are located in the Simonsen building on Tancredo Neves, a price location next to the well-known Petrobras building.
