Brazilian property and agriculture has long offered a safe, secure investment opportunity for foreigners and locals alike. As the country's deputy minister for development, industry and foreign trade has just reiterated, Brazil remains determined to attract overseas investment.
Having attended the United Arab Emirates Ministry of Foreign Trade Annual Investment Meeting 2011, deputy minister Alessandro Teixara looks forward to continuing to “contribute towards the success” of Brazil's current levels of Foreign Direct Investment.
Teixara also hinted that Brazil is researching further techniques to boost FDI, commenting that the forum had provided “an exceptional platform to stimulate FDI”.
Overseas investors in Brazilian property enjoy the same rights as their Brazilian counterparts, including the protection of a robust legal system and a favourable
tax regime.
These advantages ensures that Brazil is the ideal developing country for property investment, as investors can take advantage of all the
growth benefits of a rapidly-growing country without
political,
environmental or ethical concerns.
